Niamh comes to the Bar after three years as Legal Associate to the Honourable Justice Aldridge at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1), where she gained invaluable experience in complex property, parenting, and appellate matters.

Her practice includes issues about trusts and valuations, complex interim property, spouse maintenance, jurisdictional disputes, relocation, Hague Convention matters, and cases involving family violence, sexual abuse, and substance misuse.

Niamh accepts briefs in city, regional, and interstate registries. She also accepts briefs in related areas of work including adoption, care and protection, and financial disputes in the Supreme Court.
