Before coming to the Bar, Tahlia was the Solicitor Director of a family law firm in Sydney and regularly appeared in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia as an advocate, acting for Parties and on behalf of the Independent Children’s Lawyer.

Tahlia has a particular interest in parenting matters where family structures are complex and diverse. As a solicitor, Tahlia successfully represented the Applicant in the matter of Masson & Parsons [2019] HCA 21, from the commencement of those proceedings in the Family Court of Australia.

Tahlia is available to accept briefs in Sydney, Parramatta, Wollongong, Newcastle, Canberra, in regional NSW and interstate.
