Prior to the Bar, since graduating from Law in 1994, Tim worked for the Commonwealth in DFAT, AG’s and Defence portfolios, practised as a Prosecutor with CDPP, In-House Counsel for City of London Corporation, and served in the RAAF (Pilot training and Legal Officer). He remains serving in the RAAF as a Reserve Legal Officer.
